美国总统成立工作组，对在美中概股合规研究新措施
从今年 4 月至今，从美国总统到参议院，从证监委到纳斯达克，一直在向美国资本市场和投资人强调中概股审计师的不合规风险，但是仍然不能抑制美国市场对中概股的强烈需求。今年 6 月份的第一周，达达（ DADA ）和传奇生物（ LEGN ）在纳斯达克挂牌，同时有十多家中国企业更新了招股说明书 F-1 。 6 月份的第二周，优克联（ UCL.US ）和燃石医学（ BRN ）预计在 美国金融市场 10 日和 12 日挂牌。在美国证监委和纳斯达克的新监管规则出来后的两个星期就有 4 家中概股在纳斯达克挂牌上市，充分说明市场对中概股的认可和强烈需求。

在这样的背景下，金融市场投资者可能会没有方向感，其行为表现出来的各种价格信号也因此进入难以识别期， 这种信号难以识别期可能会持续一段时间。
